30 Day Challenge to Invest in Yourself First – Day #19

Reflecting on your progress through the 30 Day Challenge to Invest in Yourself First, consider which time blocks have been the most fulfilling and which ones have been the most challenging. Sometimes when we set goals for ourselves we don’t have a clear understanding of what the process will look like. This can cause frustration when roadblocks appear and we feel at a loss.
An important part of succeeding in any personal challenge is to engage support from friends or peers. When we experience frustration along the journey we need to have people to help us work through them. It’s incredibly valuable to hear from different perspectives and be open to alternative solutions we may have not considered yet.
Although your specific connections may not be able to help you directly, they may have access to resources or experts that can. Be humble and open to sharing your frustrations with others. In the same way that others will be able to help you break through obstacles, you can be a resource to help others with their struggles as well. There is no glory in doing it all on your own. Instead, you will miss out on some amazing insights and growth.
